A photograph of six cards is shown to the spectator. He is asked to memorize one of the six cards. The photo of the card is placed in an envelope. On the envelope is printed a picture of a camera. The magician poses the spectator and instructs them to smile. As he touches the button on the image of the camera, a flash goes off! The envelope is opened and the picture is removed. There are now only five cards printed on the picture! The chosen card has magically vanished!
The flash effect is an added piece of performance that is not included with the effect. You can use a Fism Flash or Finger Flasher to produce the flash effect.
The effect is extremely simple to do and was designed by Barry Sokolsky.
