The performer displays an antique wooden clock and asks a spectator to think about a time, down to the minute in their life that has special meaning to them. The performer merely turns the clock away from the spectator and set the time, in full view. For the first time, the spectator announces her freely chosen time. Let's say she says, 7:45. That same spectator is now invited to come up and turn the clock around. The time which had been previously set by the performer before any numbers were given exactly matches the spectator's freely selected time!

• There is absolutely no force of any kind.

• After setting the time, the performer never needs to touch the clock again!

While this is a stand alone type of effect, I truly believe its ideal use is when it is incorporated with Watch 'n Wear. While it doesn't get much stronger than the reaction to Watch 'n Wear, use this piece as a double whammy. After they settle down, gaze across the room at the mantle clock above the fireplace. It too, has the selected time showing!
