| Place a black plexi case and a deck of cards on the table. Remove the deck from the box, have the spectator select a card, return it to the deck and then shuffle the deck. Explain that you knew even before the card was chosen what it would be. And, your prediction is inside the black plexi case. Open the case. The inside of the case is black as well, decorated with a repeating alphabet design. On one side of the case is a blank faced card, two corners of which are secured with what look like corner mounts from a photo album. The blank faced card has the value and suit of a playing card cut into the card, stencil style. Turns out it's the Eight of Spades, which you announce is the match for the selected card. Of course, you are wrong. Wouldn't be any fun otherwise! Open the folder with the blank faced card showing, and place it on the table. Ask the spectator to find their card in the deck. Now, direct their attention to the folder. The holes in the blank faced card have changed to match both the value and suit of their selected card. You can even then pick up the card, and look at them through the cutouts, if you wish. The change from one card to the other is unbelievable. There is just no way it can happen, yet it does! And, only one card is used! Strong and highly visual. No reset, which makes it perfect for walk-around performance. You'll fool yourself with this one!
