Time pushes closer to the end
Of what once was the work I tend.
Integrity driven. That never failed.
Nonetheless, the plans curtailed.

Magic and illusion long part of my life.
That seems no match for the constant strife.
Counting out time most memories fade,
Except for the ones of the friends I made.

After all is said and done,
Things remembered that were fun.
And while I've sat and wondered why,
It matters not, so... goodbye.
